HIFZ UL QURAN - 5 TECHNIQUES.



Hii There,

Today i am back with some memorization techniques, which will be very helpfull in your journey towards Haafiz.

The techniques are as follows,

1] Mindset :- Sit everyday for 10 mins in a peacefull place. Think that you have already completed your hifz. You have certificate in your hand. This technique is called " FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT ". Feel the activities going around you. For example the breeze, birds chirping.



2] Recite Loudly :- Reciting loudely builds confidence.  Once you complete hifz of a particular surah, recite loudly in front of everyone, also make sure they mark out your mistakes.




3] Be Happy :- Always be Happy with everyone. Don't be jealous of anyone. Whenever you meet someone always ask them to pray for you. Their prayers will really help you.



4] Be fit :- Make sure you are always active..Leave being lazy. 



In a recent study published in the journal Current Biology, researchers discovered exercising four hours after a memory task helped people better retain the information and increased brain patterns associated with memory.
The experiment involved a picture location memory task that 72 people participated in for about 40 minutes. Then the participants were randomly instructed to either exercise right away, exercise 4 hours later, or not exercise at all.
Two days later, the researcher scanned the participants' brains and tested them to see how well they remembered what they had learned.
The people who exercised hours after studying remembered more information. The areas of their brains associated with memory retrieval were also more clearly activated.

5] Timings :-  Last but not the least, TIMINGS. 

Make sure you have a fixed time for hifz.

By managing your time wisely through careful planning of every second of every day, you can control your schedule so that your time is spent efficiently and you can ultimately reach your goals. Poor time management usually results in disorganization, missed deadlines and little free time.
